These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

This store is operated from Calle Pablo Iglesias 68, 03600 Elda (Alicante), Spain. You can reach us at supportkalmenna@gmail.com.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and small variations in finish are normal for a hand-finished metal piece.

3. Important: what Kalmenna is and is not

The Kalmenna cuff is a piece of jewellery, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Magnet therapy is a traditional wellness practice. Customer comments on this site describe personal experiences and are not a promise of results.

If you wear a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, or if you are pregnant, please speak to your doctor before wearing magnetic jewellery. Never stop, reduce or change a treatment your doctor has prescribed because of anything you read here.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

An order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong — and if we do, we refund you in full.

6. Promotions

Offers such as “Buy 1, Get 1 FREE” apply while stock lasts and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with each other.

7. Delivery and returns

See our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. They form part of these terms.

8. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape it, or to interfere with how it works.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design and brand on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer rights granted to you by the law of your own country of residence are not affected.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
