Shipping
Cost
Shipping is free worldwide. There is no minimum order.
Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next working day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
- Europe: 5–9 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–9 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier delays can add a few days, and we cannot control them.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved after 7 business days, write to us and we will chase it.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You choose.
