Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. You do not need to give us a reason.

How to start a return

Email us at supportkalmenna@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions, usually within 24 hours.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us — parcels sent without instructions can be lost.

Condition

The cuff should come back in a condition where it can still be sold: unworn beyond trying it on, undamaged, and with any packaging it arrived in. We are reasonable about this — normal handling is fine.

Your refund

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong thing, we cover the return cost. For a change of mind, the return postage is yours.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. No need to return a broken item first.

Warranty

Every Kalmenna cuff carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If the finish fails or the band breaks under normal wear within that period, write to us and we will replace it.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are shopping from the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day policy above is longer and applies in addition to that right.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you immediately.
